With two weeks to go, we’ve exceeded our goal. Even more exciting is that more than 70 people have seen fit to back this project, for which I am very grateful. My designer, Lynn Woodward, and I have been taking about the most effective means of enhancing the book with the additional support.
Lynn is also setting up the mechanism by which those who selected downloads of The Anvil Blasters recordings as rewards will be able to access their reward. The songs will be available well before the November delivery date for the book itself and the accompanying poster/patch rewards.
We’ll get the songs out as soon as possible after the campaign wraps up on August 12 (bearing in mind that Lynn is heading for Outer Mongolia — seriously — on that very date for a mounted archery-related trek). I’ll keep you posted here, and we’ll be doing a survey to collect contact info after that date, as well.
