Karamojo Bell’s .275 Rigby.
Regular reader Eccentric Cowboy has written a blog piece on one of my favorite Frontier Partisans — the great elephant hunter Karamojo Bell. In addition to his exploits in Africa, where he was famous for taking elephants with light rifles, he also hunted the Yukon during the great gold rush. His memoirs are spendy but well worth reading.
